The course

A Beginner'sMeditation Course.

Four weeks. Eight sessions. A practice that becomes yours.

Next cohort begins Tuesday, July 7, 2026

What you're committing to

This is a structured 4-week course, not a drop-in class. We move through a deliberate arc together — body, breath, mind, heart — with each week building on the last. Attending consistently matters because the cohort moves as one.

The shape of the commitment

  • 8 live sessions, 45–60 minutes each
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 PM PST
  • Plus 3–5 minutes of daily practice between sessions
  • Total time: roughly 8 hours over 4 weeks

The weekly arc

Four weeks, one arc.

Week 1

Arriving in the body

Where every meditation practice begins. The body is the only thing happening right now, and learning to land in it is the first skill.

Week 2

The breath as a tool

The most portable practice you'll learn. Something you can carry into a meeting, a difficult conversation, a sleepless 3 AM.

Week 3

Meeting the mind

The week most people find hardest, and the week the real practice begins. You'll learn what to do with all the noise.

Week 4

Opening the heart

The oldest practice in every meditative tradition, and the antidote to the inner critic that runs most of our lives.
