Meditate With Me provides online meditation coaching, live virtual classes, guided meditation sessions, and related wellness content. All services are educational and informational in nature. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Some features of our site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Class fees, subscription rates, and any other charges are listed on our website and are subject to change. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Refund Policy: For single class purchases, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at love@meditatewithme.ca for refund requests.
All content on this website — including text, images, audio recordings, video recordings, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Meditate With Me and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Recordings of live classes are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meditate With Me and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or any other harm that may occur during or after meditation practice.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
