Nothing here is locked behind a sign-up. The guides are free, the recordings are free, and the Wednesday sitting is free. Take what you need and leave the rest.

Written guides

Listen

Every Wednesday meditation, kept

Each free healing meditation is recorded and left in The Library — free to listen to and free to download, with nothing to sign up for. If reading is too much on a given day, put one on and lie down.
