Live weekly classes for people learning to sit with themselves. Eight sessions over four weeks, with short daily practices to carry the learning home with you. Small groups. Real teaching. A practice that becomes yours.

The experience

Live on Zoom. 45 minutes per session. Recordings sent within 24 hours so you never have to choose between this and the rest of your life.
Each class follows the same gentle rhythm: a few minutes to arrive, a short teaching, a guided practice, and a moment to reflect together at the end.
Between classes, you'll receive short daily practices — three to five minutes each — designed to carry the week's teaching into your everyday life. Use them in the morning, before a meeting, in the car, before bed. Small and consistent always beats long and rare.
You'll also receive a few short emails through the week — a Monday note, a Wednesday reflection, a quiet word on the weekend. Enough to hold you. Never enough to overwhelm.
