    Hi, I'm Sophia, founder of Meditate With Me. I created this space to help people discover and embrace the art of meditation.

    When I first started meditating, I struggled—it felt overwhelming, and I almost gave up many times. But my persistence paid off. Now, I enjoy the incredible benefits of meditation: I’m happier, healthier, and more in tune with myself.


    Meditation has truly transformed my life, and it can do the same for you.

    It gives you peace, joy, mindfulness, focus, kindness, compassion.  It is fuel for your body and brain.  It helps you see and appreciate the beauty of life.


    We encourage you to try both meditations—why not? Each offers unique benefits. Mindfulness Meditation focuses on your breath, helping you stay present and centered. Loving-Kindness Meditation is a self-care practice designed to boost well-being and reduce stress.



    • Mindfulness Meditation focuses on your breath, grounding you in the present moment. It’s about noticing your thoughts and feelings without judgment, creating a sense of calm and clarity.  


    • The Loving-Kindness Meditation, on the other hand, is a gift to yourself—a gesture of love, kindness, compassion, and care. It’s about offering yourself the same warmth and support you would give to a friend in need.  This helps in building self-acceptance and that you are enough.  


    Designate a spot in your home where you will do your mediation practice - have comfortable pillows, yoga mat, have water beside you.  You may also create a mood by lighting candles, burning incense, sage or palo santo.  


    Your first class is free.  Just talk to me about it - no problem.  


    No - if you are camera shy, don't worry - just put a nice smiley photo of you,  your fur baby or your baby :).
